We are pretty lucky to have an Ikea about 15 minutes away from our house. We could hop over there for a quick trip, or even just for a cheap lunch! It’s great.
There are many hidden jewels in Ikea, but personally, the most important one is the candles. Most wouldn’t typically go directly to Ikea for just plain old candles, but that is high on my list. For $1.99, you can get deliciously smelling candles called Tindra in 6 different scents: Green Apple, Berry, Vanilla Ice Cream, Melon, Apples & Cinnamon, and Roses. I am obsessed with these candles and stock up on them every single time I go to Ikea.
The candles are about 3 1/4 inches tall and burn for a good 30 hours.
Not only do they make the house smell so yummy, they last for quite some time! My faves are Green Apple, Berry and Melon. I actually have 2 burning at the moment, and the blend of smells is divine! (Green Apple & Melon soo good!) Plus, they are fun colors that will add some pop to your decor. These are great to keep around in different rooms and even give as gifts! They were my stocking stuffers this year for Christmas to my cousin. She shares my love for these candles.
When they are done burning, you can even use the glass votive as a tea light holder to keep the light going. You can clean the glass by simply following these easy instructions and you can reuse the glass any way you’d like-for storage, tea lights, whatever your hearts desire.
So don’t forget to pick up one in each scent, you’ll be happy you did, I swear!
