I love me some Publix rotisserie chicken! The crispy skin, the moist, juicy meat that falls off the bone – drooling just thinking about it! I’m slightly obsessed with crunchy chicken. Always trying out different recipes, methods of cooking, breading to find the ultimate crunch factor to go with the juicy chicken.
