I love traveling with my iPad so I can read magazines, play games on the plane and Skype my little girl when I’m at the hotel. Its a whole lot easier than lugging around the laptop. So there is no doubt in my mind that I would take it with me on our recent trip to Atlantic City. We flew into JFK and drove 2 hours to AC and when we were about 45 minutes away from AC, I realized I had left my iPad in the seat pocket in front of my seat.
I think the gods above are sending me signs that maybe I shouldn’t own any Apple technology. Or someone may have the evil eye on me and my tech toys. Not only did my iPhone take a swim in a puddle of water, then my 2 week old iPhone 5 decided to smash to pieces but now my beloved iPad is gone. And its all my fault.
FML.
I feel like such a dumb ass! So, I frantically called everyone I could at JetBlue and JFK lost & found. Nothing. I was praying that a good samaritan would do the right thing and return it, but unfortunately its not a normal lost item, its a freakin iPad! So its probably on eBay, selling for more than its worth.
Sigh……iProblems.
