On a recent trip to The Children’s Place, I couldn’t help but go absolutely crazy and pretty much buy half the store! The new holiday and winter styles for girls absolutely took me to an icy wonderland as I combed through the glitter, pastels and glamified racks. I couldn’t wait to get my finds back home to my little shopping buddy who sadly missed out on the shopping excursion because she was in school.
To my surprise, when she looked through all her new clothing items, she was disappointed. I apparently did not get enough glitter, tulle or girlie things that SHE wanted. That is when the Petite Stylist born. I took her to The Children’s Place so she could help me pick and choose some of their new fashions. It was like I brought her to a candy store, she went wild!
Petite Stylist had one mission: find the cutest fashions The Children’s Place had to offer this winter and holiday season and she gladly accepted.
Her eyes immediately fixated on the holiday dressy pastels and glitter (like mother like daughter, right?) and she started grabbing things off the rack like this icy blue Shine Tutu skirt that she insisted on wearing around the store.
This is very reminiscent to a certain Ice Queen that has captured the hearts of most of our girls and she was the first to say she felt like Elsa. We matched it with this adorable snowflake Rhinestone shirt and a casual-chic light chambray Vintage top.
Petite Stylist then saw the most adorable sweaters great for the chilly temps that we have been experiencing lately. Adorned with cute animals, like a girlie penguin or an adorbes kitty cat, they are great for layering this winter. The Children’s Place even has deals on cozy fleece pullovers and zip ups for about $8. Now that is a deal to stock up on!
Even at the young age of 3, Petite Stylist knows that accessorizing is one of the funnest parts about shopping! She hit the hair bows, head bands, jewelry and shoes with a vengeance! You can always count on The Children’s Place to have everything to complete your outfits whether it is matching, coordinating or just fun to have. And like any good shopper, Petite Stylist knows how to manage her time and even found some Christmas gifts for her BFF!
I, of course had to keep an eye out for some holiday gear for both the Petite Stylist and her little sis. The Children’s Place has everything from glitzy holiday dresses to cozy, holiday pjs! Perfect to open presents in on Christmas morning.
We had the best time shopping at The Children’s Place and so happy that my Petite Stylist has found a love for clothes, just like her mom. Luckily for her, The Children’s Place makes it easy to find fashionable items for babies, big girls (and boys too!) that are both mom and Petite Stylist approved. We are already plotting our next shopping trip to The Children’s Place, so stay tuned!
