Grab you favorite dinner buddy and high tail it to Bonefish Grill to try out their new Bar Bites Menu!
I wined and dined my husband last week to a fun happy hour date night of great drinks and even better food. We headed to our local Bonefish Grill to experience their IN+ON Bar Bites Menu that will give you a nice change from the typical bar food you are used to. Take a looky and go indulge in some of these amazingly delicious bites, which start at just $4.
Here is a run down of Bonefish Grill’s Bar Bites menu:
The Drinks
The Mule was so refreshing! This is Bonefish Grill’s take on the Moscow Mule. Made with ginger beer, muddled mint, in-house made ginger simple syrup, my beloved Grey Goose vodka and garnished with candied ginger. Served in the classic bronze mug.
I, of course, went with my typical Raspberry Martini. I swear, I could drink an entire pitcher of these things. A perfect combination of sweet and tart, with a sugared rim.
IN Bites
IN the Shell: Street Tacos
Your choice of lobster or ahi tuna. These Street Tacos are full of flavor and seafood! No skimping when it comes to these bites. We enjoyed 2 tacos that were overflowing with lobster! It was crunchy, the lobster was so sweet and delicious.
IN the Bite: Mac + Cheese Bites
These bad boys were our favorite! These Mac + Cheese bites were perfectly fried. Served atop a sweet and spicy chili sauce, it was the perfect combination of crispy, gooey and spice. I am drooling just thinking about these cheesy balls of goodness.
IN the Shooter Glass: Oysters
Shot time! If you are a raw oyster fan, order one of these. These shooters are a ridiculous combination of raw oyster, cocktail sauce, salsa verde and habanero vodka.
IN the Dough: Doughnuts
3 fluffy, cinnamon sugared doughnuts that are served with 2 injector bottles full of sea-salted caramel and chocolate sauce. You take the doughnut, inject with your preferred sweet (or with both) and eat!
ON Bites
ON the Shell: Oysters
Choose from raw or Oysters Rockefeller. We went for the Rockefeller and they were pretty yummy. There was a lot of the spinach mixture on top and we really couldn’t taste the oysters, which bummed us out. But it was perfectly cooked and topped with crunchy bacon.
ON the Bone: Lamb Lollipop Chops
This was another of our top 3! Charred to perfection, these lamb lollipops were perfectly cooked, salty and so damn good. You get 3 chops per order.
ON the Stack: Tostado
3 stacks of crispy tostados that are piled with either shrimp or ahi tuna. We went with the ahi tuna and it was so fresh! Each bite was perfect – you had the crunch of the tostado, refreshing slaw, cool tuna, avocado, chunks of delicious mango and their spicy sauce drizzled over.
ON the Bun: Dim Sum-Style Sliders
These were one of my top 3 favorites. You receive 3 sticky buns and choice of either BBQ pork or shrimp. We went with the pork and so happy we did! You build your own sliders with as little or as much pork slices as you like then top with some garnish and amazingly delicious dipping sauce. I could eat 3 orders of these!
I don’t care how full you may be after eating all this damn good delicious food, you NEED to order the Doughnuts. I mean, how can you resist those fried pillows of perfection!? We could not recommend each and every item on Bonefish Grill’s Bar Bites menu more! To try these delicious bites for yourself, just head to your local Bonefish Grill, find a spot at the bar (these bites are only served at the bar area!) and start ordering! You will not be disappointed.
