It’s time to ditch those store bought seasoning mixes and start making your own. Not only are they full of yucky, unhealthy additives, but by making them you can actually see what you are putting into what you cook. I’m sick of all these crazy ass additives that are put in those freakin’ packets, it’s just scary. I have recently started making my own seasonings and it has made some of my recipes actually 10x’s better.
I’ve literally put this homemade ranch seasoning in pretty much everything -my turkey burgers, potatoes, dressings & dips. Even made a delicious slow cooker Ranch Chicken with just the homemade ranch seasoning, chicken stock and chicken breasts. SO good! But back to the star, it is super simple and you can double, triple, quadruple this recipe as much as you’d like. Simply store it in an airtight container or spice/seasoning jar with the rest of your spices.
Homemade Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Mix together and add to your favorite dishes!
It smells fantastic and you seriously will be adding it to just about anything and everything. You’d be doing your self a major injustice if you ever bought another packet of ranch again!
