No, not diapering your child. Pampering yourself, duh! Every woman – single, married, mom or not – should be pampered AT LEAST once a month, if not more. Whether it be by their husbands/boyfriends on a date night, getting a facial or massage, or buying a new outfit, taking a little time to yourself will do wonders. My monthly battery-recharging is a mani/pedi. I adore my alone time at the salon. She is. A dirty, filthy, stinking, ripped, bad ass hoe. 2 weeks ago I started her 20 minute ’30 Day Shred 1′ workout DVD. Mind you, I haven’t worked out in over a year and a half. The people-hater baby of mine turns 6 months old tomorrow. Every one says how each month she changes, she gets bigger, does new things, blah blah – yeah, I know, I get it. You know what really grinds my gears – -Last minute dinner invites that start after 8 p.m. My typical Saturday nights B.C. (before child) were grand.
