Take a guess as to what’s in the slow cooker… It’s Quinoa Chili! (Did the title give it away?? ) I could eat chili at least once a week. I’d put that shit on everything – hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, veggies, ice cream & salad. OK, OK, maybe not salad…. Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

A month ago I went dining with one of my girls at a local Mediterranean restaurant. This place is great if you are in the mood for great hummus, crispy  falafel and wine – lots of it! Cheesy Quinoa

Quinoa (keen-wah) is my newest food obsession. Some might question WTF it is exactly, because that’s what I did when I first heard of this stuff. I didn’t even know how to friggin’ pronounce it (thanks Wiki). I just kept seeing delicious recipes on Pinterest with this crazy weird-named ingredient. So what exactly is quinoa you ask?
