Brussel Sprout Salad

If you like crunchy, crispy, chopped salad then you will absolutely love this Brussel Sprout Salad. I didn’t feel like screwing up the gorgeous bag of brussel sprouts I bought a few weeks ago (I tend to burn the crap out of them!) and I thought about a salad I had a brunch when visiting my girlfriends in Atlanta. Baked Zoodles

If you would have told me I’d be making a dish containing Zoodles (zucchini noodles=zoodles) a year ago, I most likely would have laughed in your face!
