For all my 21 Day Fix-er’s, this is one of my favorite go-to dinners/lunches to make when I don’t really feel like cooking. This Buffalo Flat Bread Pizza is full of flavor and will leave you feeling full. Best part, it is 21 Day Fix approved, so when you are feigning a slice of pizza, just whip up one of these bad boys. All flavor, zero guilt!
21 Day Fix Buffalo Flatbread Pizza
- 1 Whole Wheat Flatout Flat Bread
- 3/4 cup Cooked Chicken, cut in chunks
- 2-3 TBS Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 Celery, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 TBS Plain Greek Yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place flat bread in oven for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine chicken and hot sauce. Make sure the chicken is coated well with the sauce. Pour the saucy chicken on to the flat bread. Top with more hot sauce if desired. Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken and place back in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Once the cheese has melted, remove from oven and top with sliced celery pieces and drizzle Greek Yogurt over. I like to be fancy with my drizzle, so I made a make-shift pastry bag out of a plastic baggie. It’s easy simply fill the plastic baggie with Greek Yogurt, cut the tip and squeeze out yogurt. Make squiggle lines, a smiley face or what ever your heart desires.
Slice it up and you are ready to eat! This Buffalo Flatbread Pizza hits your requirements for 1 Red, 1 Blue & 1 Yellow.
